A “new” coil tubing company established in 2006 with partners and employees exceeding 100 years of combined service experience in our industry. Gulf Coast’s field personnel alone possess an excess of 50 years service experience and expertise.
Our equipment was designed and built “in-house” by the best skilled craftsmen the welding/fabrication industry has access to. All our equipment is built to industry specifications and in most cases exceeds industry standards.
The Coil Tubing unit is equipped with a Hydra Rig 635 Injector and Texas Oil Tools 2.09/16 10K Quad BOP’s. Both vendor components have records of being “tried and tested” and are reputable in the tubing industry. The reel component of the Coil Unit consists of different sized coil:
The Fluid Pump unit is comprised of a 10,000 psi pump, 95 bbl capacity holding tank with blenders all on a trailer mounted unit.
The Nitrogen unit consists of a 90K / 10,000 psi HPT unit capable of pumping at a maximum rate of 1500 scf per minute. The on board holding tank has a 3,000 gallon capacity vessel also trailer mounted on the unit. Gulf Coast also has available and on “stand by” a 6,000 gallon capacity transport vessel. We are ready with an endless supply of Nitrogen to meet every need and demand of our customers while out on location and on the job.
